Registered on website for extra 12 months of warranty coverage. Product cracked sometime between last night (when phone was last used) and this afternoon (when discovered). Used the customer support page to place a warranty claim, but it's a janky site that just continuously displays "Processing, please wait...." and never offers anything more. There's an accompanying "chat"-like bubble in the bottom right corner that displays the same message.... but it never changes!Product insert promises a response within 24 hours. We'll see. If they come through and honor the warranty, I'll give them 5 stars because they ARE good screen protectors. Just make SURE your screen is SPOTLESS before installing them, or you end up with air bubbles that are a pain to get rid of.UPDATE- It has now been 5 days, with no contact from vendor. I'll try emailing their customer support directly.NEWER UPDATE - I reached out via email, got a response the next morning, and shipped me a whole package of three (3) new screen protectors. No questions, no quibbling. Their website was the problem (to be fair, it may be the security settings on my own browser that kept the CSR submission from going through - who knows?). Upped my rating to 5 stars!
